Beaches, backyards, Club House, riverfronts, parks, poolside — almost anywhere you can picture it. Tell us the spot when you book and we will confirm access, parking and whether the location needs a permit.

Florida weather does what it wants. If rain or high wind is forecast we will contact you the day before to move your date at no charge. Safety comes first with umbrellas, tents and lighting.

Themed picnics run two hours. À la carte items are priced per day, and we are happy to quote multi-day rentals — just tell us your window when you request a quote. 24 hours on most & pick up is available for a fee

No alcohol is included with any bar package — you supply exactly what your guests drink. We can add light snacks (a charcuterie tray, fruit, muffins or cookies) to any picnic for an extra fee.

For picnics we arrive about an hour ahead to style the setup, and return at the end of your two hours. For à la carte rentals we agree on a delivery and pick-up window when you book. if on a beach setting, we wait till someone arrives for safety.

Be sure to plan for traffic and delivery times in advance. During March, April, May, and June, you might need to allow an extra hour for delivery, setup, and pickup. This should be discussed ahead of time, especially around holidays. Depending on the rental items, pickup or delivery may need to happen the day before.

Yes. Delivery, set up and pick up are all available for an additional fee based on your location. Themed picnics include delivery, set up, cleanup and pick up in the price. The packages are noted if Delivery set up & clean up are included in the price. Pick your items or package, choose your date, and pay the deposit online. That locks the date and the inventory. The balance is due at delivery & is automatic via your credit card left on deposit

Exactly—that’s the idea. Each item in our inventory is rented individually. Just browse the catalog, pick what you need, and check out. There’s a $75. minimum, and we’re happy to discuss any special requests. arrangements for pick up available.

Normal wear and tear is expected and never charged. If an item is returned broken, missing, or with a stain that can’t be removed, we’ll reach out with the replacement cost before making any charges.

Yes. Use the "Tell us about your party" form or call us — we love a challenge, and most of our best setups started as somebody's idea.

Two weeks is comfortable for picnics and bar packages, especially on weekends. Ask about shorter notice — we will always check. Many of these rentals are coming from people on vacation, a few days is appreciated for scheduling.
